By using SolAvia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher.
- You may only use SolAvia where doing so is legal. You are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their free credits and referral earnings withheld.
2. Accounts and wallets
You sign in with a Solana wallet or Telegram. You are responsible for the security of your wallet, Telegram account and device. Withdrawals are only sent to the wallet you signed in with, or to the payout wallet set on a Telegram account (changing it pauses withdrawals for 24 hours).
3. Deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits are credited after the transaction is finalized on Solana. Send only the currency shown; other assets sent to deposit addresses may be lost.
- Withdrawals above the automatic limit are reviewed manually. We may request information or delay a withdrawal to prevent fraud.
- Network fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals.
4. Fair play
Using bots that exploit errors, colluding, abusing promotions, laundering funds or exploiting bugs is prohibited. We may void affected plays, withhold balances obtained through abuse, and close accounts.
5. Responsible play
Only play with funds you can afford to lose. You can set a daily limit or take a break at any time from Settings → Play limits & breaks. Breaks cannot be shortened once started.
6. Tokens
$AVIA and partner tokens are volatile digital assets. Buybacks, burns and airdrops are features of the platform, not promises of value. Nothing on SolAvia is financial advice.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused by network outages, blockchain congestion, wallet software, or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the balance held in your account.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site; continued use means you accept them.
